 Children Committee

1.  This committee is responsible for the HOT DOG HOG OUT for children,        grades' one to six, to be held one hour before the revival service on       Monday evening.  The program should be planned carefully.  The    following is a suggested schedule.

                        25 minutes for serving and eating

                                    25 minutes for Illusion Show with Charles

                                    10 minutes for restroom break plus time

                                                to get to the auditorium

2.  Start serving the meal on time one hour before the service.  Use several    serving lines.  Have several tables set-up and use both sides to serve.

3.  After the meal, we will have the blessing and Illusion Show by the   Evangelist.

4.  Reserve a section in the auditorium for children at the front.  Have plenty of adults to sit among the children.  The revival service this     evening will be shorter than usual.

5.  Do not call this Children’s Night.  Many adults and youth might not            attend thinking the service is for children.

6.  Mail Children’s Letter to all children enrolled in Sunday School and            children who are prospects in grades, one through six.  Include          several tickets.
