Instructions for Youth Committee
1. On the
following page, you will find a sample letter to be sent to
all young people, grades 7 through College.
Also a page of
PIZZA PIG OUT
tickets.
Fill in place, date and time on the tickets.
2. Mail the Evangelist
Letter on Monday or Tuesday before the revival begins on Sunday.
Please! DO NOT PASS
OUT THIS LETTER IN SUNDAY SCHOOL.
Teenagers seldom get personal letters addressed just to them.
Take my word, this letter addressed personally to each teenager
will have tremendous impact and results.
Enclose several
PIZZA PIG OUT
tickets with each letter.
3. Have several
hundred tickets available for the Evangelist to pass out Sunday
Morning. The rule of
thumb is 10 tickets for each child enrolled in Sunday School.
4. To prepare the
tickets, simply fill in the blanks, reproduce and cut apart.
(It would be nice if a printer could do it professionally.)
Be sure to have the time show the beginning time and ending
with the close of the revival service. (Example - 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM)
Since the
PIZZA PIG OUT
and Illusion Show is a special treat for only those who come
early to the revival service, they must remain for the revival.
This will be understood ahead of time. By using tickets they
know they need to stay and normally all do, but its a must to have
the tickets.
5. The Evangelist will be
responsible for all prizes and gifts.
6. Upon reproduction of
the Evangelists Letter, please sign my name so that each youth will
receive a hand written signature.
