 Youth Committee

America’s teens are reachable -- a great white field of thousands of young people, who have tried the ways and counterfeit joys of Satan, are ready for harvesting! May I challenge you, as God has challenged me:  Young people are still reachable!  Let’s pull out all stops, spare no expense, do everything possible to see this generation of young people come to know our Savior!

Believing that the involvement of young people is a key ingredient to the success of any Crusade, may we suggest the following procedure to insure the maximum effectiveness:

1.  This committee is responsible for the PIZZA PIG OUT for grades 7 through College to be held one hour before the revival service on Tuesday evening. This program should be planned carefully. The following is a suggested schedule:

                                    25  minutes for serving and eating

                                    25 minutes for Illusion Show with Charles

                                    10 minutes for restroom break and to get

                                                to the auditorium

2.  Start serving the pizza on time one hour before the service.  Use several buffet    lines.  Have table set-up and use both sides to serve.  Have the pizza and drinks ready so the young people can pick them up quickly.  It is imperative to start on time - perhaps a minute early. After the meal we will have the blessing and an Illusion Show by the evangelist.

3.  Reserve a section - preferably all the way across the front of the auditorium for the youth.

4.  We do not call this evening “Youth Night”.  This might cause some adults to miss the       service.

5.  A Youth Phone Committee is to be enlisted to call all the youth twice during the week before the revival begins on Sunday.

6.  Work with the Sunday School classes to promote the Sunday School Rally with the         Evangelist to be conducted during the last thirty minutes of the Sunday School period.

7.  Plan carefully and thoroughly to make the youth participation in the revival enjoyable and inspiring.  Work hard to get unsaved, unchurched, and inactive youth to attend the revival service.  Pray that many will make important, life changing decisions for Christ.

8.  Mail Evangelist’s Letter to all teenagers you can get addresses on. A personal letter is very, very effect. Please make use of it.
